Delivery Information
We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours by recorded delivery. This means you should receive your goods within a week and you will need to sign for the package. We will only contact you if an item is out of stock and there will be a delay with the order. We are always happy to refund your payment if the delay is too long and you don't want an alternative product. If you need your items sending for the next working day, you will need to contact the shop to discuss the cost of Special Delivery postage.
We are a very small company, but do our best to provide a fast and efficient service. We know that customer satisfaction is extremely important and we work hard so that you are never disappointed with your purchases. If there are any problems, or you want to talk through your order with a member of staff, please give the shop a call on 01904 466777. We are always happy to help if we can.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless goods are faulty. If you want to exchange your goods, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, but you will have to pay the return postage. It is best to contact the shop in these circumstances. All items are described as accurately as possible, and measurements and colours given as clearly as possible, but please bear in mind that there may be slight variations.
If you are ordering from outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, you need to purchase the 'International Delivery' extra postage from the International Delivery page.
